Payment and Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your course/module started, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

A registration amount of ₹500/- has to be submitted on the 5th day since your course has started. For 5 days, you can attend a 5-day free trial of the course you want to register.
*Registration amount will not be refunded.

Students have to pay 50% of the course fee after 30 days since the course has started, and the remaining fee 15 days before completion of the course.

Additional non-refundable items:

• Learning Courses

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• If the module is not a Learning Course.
• The student did not attend more than 20 days of the course.
• Only 40 days since the course started/paused.

A student can pause a registered course for 30 days only.

Partial Refunds

Once your partial refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your partial refund is approved, then your partial refund will be processed, and you can collect it at the institute by showing the partial refund mail, within 10 days.

Exchanges

You can not exchange the registration amount or course/module fee for another course if you are attending the course for more than 10 days.
